Metal closures are most often made of tinplate and produced in compliance with strict EU-guidelines. All closures are also available in a PVC-free and/or BPA – NI version. Varieties such as the standard (Deep) Twist-Off sizes: 30mm, 38mm, 43mm, 48mm, 53mm, 58mm, 63mm, 66mm, 70mm, 82mm, 89mm, 100mm, 110mm are available in multiple colours and/or prints. In the assortment you will find special varieties like the screw closures and the PT51mm closures for baby food. HDPE closures are suitable for several different filling processes such as hotfill, aseptic and high pressure pasteurization (HPP), therefore we often supply these as compression moulded closures because of their fast production rate and extremely accurate tolerances with the advantage of low energy costs. Glasimport Holland supplies injection moulded closures when specifcally requested and/or when a wide mouth application is used. Moreover, closures can be made with induction seal or cardboard inlay. Various materials can be used for the production of closures. A cork mouth or wooden plug are examples of closures with a luxury look. A PVC shrinking capsule combined with a pourer in a pilfer-proof 31,5mm aluminium closure make your product an exclusive one. See examples
